Job Title: Product Marketing Manager – HealthTech SaaS

Location: Onsite – Karachi

Reports To: Senior Vice President – Marketing & Business Strategy

Experience: 3–4 years in Product Marketing (HealthTech, FinTech, EduTech, RCM, or B2B SaaS preferred)


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for RCM Matter’s SaaS platform.
  • Act as the liaison between product, digital marketing, and sales to ensure tight alignment across all GTM efforts.
  • Translate technical features into market-facing messaging, positioning, and benefits.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand roadmaps, feature releases, and user feedback.
  • Partner with the sales team to create sales enablement tools, presentations, product sheets, and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing on campaigns, landing pages, webinars, product-led content, and lifecycle nurture flows.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) plans for product updates and new features, ensuring successful internal and external rollout.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as product adoption, lead quality, and customer engagement.


 

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably in HealthTech, FinTech, EduTech, or RCM/Medical Billing.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or products is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales funnels, and buyer personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.


 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare, revenue cycle management, clearinghouses, or EHR/PM systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Notion, or Asana.
  • Experience in product launches, growth marketing, and product-led content creation.
