Job Description

Al Maida Carpentry, a recognized leader in high-quality furniture and door production, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Incharge with expertise in Carpentry and Joinery. This full-time, on-site position based in Qatar requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage production operations while ensuring superior craftsmanship and timely delivery. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s ongoing growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all carpentry and joinery production processes, ensuring that all outputs meet high-quality standards and delivery deadlines. Review, prepare, and interpret detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD 2D and 3D, with familiarity in 3ds Max considered an advantage. Supervise production lines, monitor workflow, and maintain equipment to guarantee operational efficiency. Motivate and guide production teams to achieve tight deadlines while upholding quality standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction throughout the production cycle. Support business retention and growth by offering practical solutions aligned with client needs. Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents to facilitate new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of four years’ experience in carpentry and joinery production, specifically within furniture and door manufacturing. Strong expertise in production techniques and the ability to work with detailed shop drawings is essential. Candidates should hold an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field. Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and coordinating production teams are required. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
