We are seeking a Programs Lead to oversee and execute high-quality programs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of leadership.

The Flagship programs that the Programs Lead will be working on:
The Women Leadership Fellows Program - aimed at women entrepreneurs and professionals who are looking to hone their skills and become leaders in their specific professional areas.
The Women's Professional Development Program - aimed at providing organisations with tailored programs for the women employees to hone their skills in leadership and communication.
The Acceleration Program for Startups - focused on providing access to an extensive network, sessions with relevant mentors and ultimately help scale selected startups

Aside from our flagship programs, we take on corporate innovation programs, customized trainings, and plan and execute our events and conferences: Karachi Slush'D and +92Disrupt, amongst other exciting community events!

Responsibilities:

Manage program logistics and administrative support
Serve as a liaison between the cohorts and stakeholders such as mentors, speakers and trainers
Provide strategic support to startup founders, fellows and community members as required
Build relationships with community partners as needed
Work with the Program Associates and Program Manager on daily operations of high-quality programs
Provide day-to-day support as needed per program
Track and report on program deliverables and progress
Putting together program proposals
Planning and execution of major events like +92Disrupt and Karachi Slush'D, along with the rest of the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Development, Communications, or related field. 
Proven experience in partnership development, or related roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of and experience within the startup ecosystem is a plus.
