Responsibilities
 

  • Coordinate project activities by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and tracking progress against timelines.
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Assist in developing project plans by gathering information and collaborating with project managers and team members.
  • Monitor project status and report updates to stakeholders, identifying any potential risks or delays early.
  • Support documentation management including organizing project files, reports, and correspondence accurately.
  • Help resolve issues related to project timelines, resource allocation, or client communications promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize excellent English communication skills to draft emails, memos, and other correspondence clearly and effectively.
  • Apply time management techniques to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Leverage prior call center experience to manage client interactions with patience and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing project management tools and processes to enhance team productivity and project transparency.
