Project Coordinator

We are hiring for Project Coordinator and Assistant to Business Manager

• Location: Karachi
• Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Immediate Joining Required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities
• Coordinate between teams and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks
• Support project managers in daily administrative tasks
• Prepare and manage official documents including NDAs, proposals, and project briefs
• Be proactive in taking initiative and willing to learn new tools and systems

Requirements

• Prior experience (6 months – 1 year) in project coordination, admin, or client services preferred
• Basic understanding of business or legal documents (NDAs, contracts, proposals) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable or HEC-recognized university
