Project Engineer

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who will not only manage project execution but also be deeply involved in technical system integration. The selected candidate will handle technical resources, coordinate projects, and oversee system deployment, ensuring seamless implementation of AV, IT, and communication technologies. A comprehensive training period will be provided, with the position being offered on a minimum 1-year contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

•System Integration, Installation & Commissioning of AV Solutions

•Technical Compliance of Proposed Solutions.

•System Design for new Projects.

•Programming & Configuration (DSPs, Control Systems, Networking)

•Troubleshooting, Testing & System Calibration

Project Management Responsibilities:

•Overseeing Project Planning, Execution & Deliverables

•Tracking Progress, Timelines & Milestones

•Coordinating with Clients, Vendors & Teams

•Procurement & Resource Management

•Risk & Schedule Management

Requirements

•Engineering degree (Electronics, IT, or relevant field) or equivalent experience

•Strong leadership & communication skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

•Experience in project execution & system commissioning is a plus

•Minimum Graduate qualification (Bachelor’s degree). Master’s degree preferred.

•At least 3 years of experience.

•Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

•Strong organizational and time management abilities.

•Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

•Proactive and detail-oriented personality.
