Role Description The Project Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. In this position, the team member will prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and time requirements, and ensure accurate cost projections for construction and related projects. The role involves analyzing project specifications and drawings, collaborating with project managers and engineering teams, and updating estimates as project scopes evolve. The Project Estimator will monitor cost trends, support budgeting and bid proposals, and contribute to cost-control strategies throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining estimation records, participating in client and internal meetings, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong project estimation skills, including experience with Project Estimation and Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in cost management and budgeting, with a focus on accurate Cost Management and Budgeting practices.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present estimates and cost analyses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with construction or engineering projects, including familiarity with industry standards and estimation tools or software.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and capacity to work with deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant academic background in engineering, construction management, finance, or a related field; professional certifications in estimating or cost control are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site within cross-functional teams in the Karachi Division.
