Project success manager for software house (junior)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our software house and support the planning and execution of various projects. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams, conducting research, tracking project progress, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research to assist different teams and departments as required.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Prepare detailed project management reports for stakeholders.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager promptly and efficiently.
- Support coordination and management of project activities.
- Maintain accurate and current project documentation.
- Ensure project team members receive proper training to perform and document all project aspects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support project success.
- Develop and implement tools for monitoring and reporting data quality.
- Promote adherence to data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
- Perform data analysis such as generating reports, identifying trends, and offering actionable recommendations.
- Communicate research findings effectively to management through written and verbal reports.
- Develop predictive models based on current trends to forecast future outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Junior Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL and MS Excel, with knowledge of statistical models or industry-standard tools.
- Ability to respond promptly to data and product-related inquiries to support both business and technical teams.
- Experience providing data solutions and tools that enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Location: Nazimabad, Karachi.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 3 AM (strict adherence required).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Salary range: Rs25,000 to Rs35,000 per month.
