Based in Karachi, Sindh, this role offers an opportunity to support the Content Strategy Lead in the planning, development, and management of content initiatives. As a Project Trainee, you will work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of content strategies. The position involves assisting with daily operational tasks and coordinating activities to guarantee timely and aligned content delivery that supports the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and developing content that aligns with strategic goals.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of content calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review and evaluate existing content, adapting global materials to suit the local context.
- Support content development through data-driven insights gathered from social listening tools.
- Collaborate with Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams to incorporate local insights and preferences of healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with external agencies and internal teams for content curation and creation.
- Contribute to project planning and manage day-to-day operational tasks related to content strategy execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
