Job Description

Union Fabrics, a rapidly growing vertically integrated textile manufacturing company with advanced weaving, processing, and stitching facilities, is looking to hire a Purchase Executive to support its ongoing expansion. This full-time position is based in the SITE Area of Karachi, Pakistan, and offers a competitive salary package. The role involves managing procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential vendors for sourcing materials and services.
- Compare and evaluate supplier offers to secure the best value.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Review and assess the quality of purchased products to maintain company standards.
- Accurately enter order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery schedules, and invoices.
- Prepare detailed purchase reports, including cost analyses, to support management decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders proactively to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Familiarity with projects related to civil, mechanical, and electrical domains.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams.
- Analytical ability to evaluate offers and manage cost efficiencies.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform well under pressure.

Additional Information:
- Location: SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan.
- Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month.
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site position.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant purchasing experience is required.
