🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate Python Developer

📍Location: Remote (hybrid option coming soon)

Role Overview:

As an Associate Python Developer, You’ll be responsible for writing Python code that ships to real users. It’s a junior role, so you’ll learn fast and get close feedback. You must know the basics of Github.

Responsibilities

✅ Build and maintain Python scripts, services

✅ Write clear, testable code and basic unit tests

✅ Review PRs, respond to feedback, and keep docs up to date

✅ Communicate progress, blockers, and ideas with the team

Requirements

🔹6+ months hands-on Python experience (projects, internships, or work)

🔹Git/GitHub basics: clone, branch, commit, push, pull request

🔹BS in Computer Science (or closely related field) — required

🔹Strong communication skills — written and verbal — required

🔹Own laptop and reliable internet — required

🔹Knowledge of LLMs is required

🔹Must take the ownerships of the assigned projects and ability to handle it independently.

Nice to have (bonus points)

🔹 Basics of SQL and databases

🔹 Testing (pytest) and simple CI (e.g., GitHub Actions)

🔹 Pandas, Jupyter, or simple data wrangling

• Remote-first today, may shift to a hybrid setup soon

• Lightweight process, quick feedback, and practical code reviews
