QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team based in Malir, Karachi, near the airport. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive salary aligned with experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, preferably within the healthcare compliance domain. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and execute detailed test plans and scripts to thoroughly validate product functionality.
- Perform various testing types including regression, integration, and performance testing to detect defects and ensure product reliability.
- Ensure all products comply with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining safety and quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, supporting ongoing product improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and testing activities to provide clear records of quality assurance efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with QA tools and test automation frameworks, demonstrating expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and fix software defects.
- Ability to create detailed, accurate documentation related to testing procedures, outcomes, and quality metrics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
