Quality Assurance Executive (QMS)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Executive – Quality Assurance to join our pharmaceutical team, specializing in Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with a strong understanding of ISO standards, audits, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). This position is located in Port Qasim, Karachi, and includes transportation facilities for ease of commute. Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas such as Landhi, Malir, Port Qasim, and Gulshan-e-Hadeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QMS documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough internal audits and assist with external audits to verify adherence to ISO standards.
- Implement and oversee CAPA processes to effectively resolve quality-related issues and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quality assurance reports and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
- Communicate quality-related information clearly and efficiently to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in PharmD, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on QMS documentation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit methodologies, and CAPA processes.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external auditors professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates residing in Landhi, Malir, Port Qasim, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, or nearby areas will be preferred to facilitate daily commuting.
- Full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs80,000.
