React Developer (Web & App) - Mid Level

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with expertise in both ReactJS for web applications and React Native for mobile platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications that offer responsive user interfaces and smooth performance across multiple devices. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
- Build and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
- Integrate APIs and manage application state effectively using tools such as Redux or Context.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of robust products.
- Optimize application performance and identify and fix bugs across web and mobile platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with ReactJS and React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Understanding of mobile app deployment processes, including submission to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, is a plus.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs60,000 to Rs90,000.
