RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify and connect with potential clients for residential & commercial projects.
* Guide clients through the complete sales process, from selection and booking to documentation and payment plans.
* Engage and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and cold calling.
* Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2–4 years of proven real estate sales experience.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of Karachi’s property market; understanding of property documentation is a plus.
* Self-motivated, target-focused, and client-oriented.
* Confident, well-presented, and professionally groomed.
