We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming, organized, and efficient office atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries with accuracy
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to support office functions as needed
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes to ensure security protocols are followed
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
