Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory
