Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, or face-to-face
Handle admission, discharge and administration of residents
To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries
Receive payments and administer the payment process including handling of cash
Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
Handle patients complaints with effective problem-solving skills
Prepare bills and take payments
Deal with complaints or problems
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
Schedule and confirm Doctor's appointments.
Enter customer data and send correspondence
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
About You
Proven experience in customer service or reception roles.
Young & Energetic. Strong dispute management and resolution skills.
Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience as a receptionist
Requirements
You Should Have:
A Bachelor’s Degree
At Least 3 To 4 Year Of Experience, Preferably Of Handling Front Desk Or Looking After Customer Services
Excellent Interpersonal Skills And Be Customer-Oriented
Knowledge And Proficiency In Basic Computer Applications Such As Microsoft Office
Ability To Multi-Task And Work Effectively In Teams As Well As Independently In A Fast-Paced, Professional Environment
Ability To Handle Stressful Situations And Meet Stringent Deadlines
Good Problem-Solving, Creative And Critical Thinking Skills
Willingness To Work In All Shifts, Including Mornings, Evenings And Nights.
