Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and approachable male receptionist to join our team at Aptech Metro Stargate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the receptionist will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings.
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist students and visitors by providing information and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Dependable and punctual.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Metro Stargate Center in Karachi. The working hours are from 1 PM to 9 PM. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
