Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires a well-spoken, organized, and service-oriented individual capable of managing front desk operations, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
  • Ensure visitor access control and compliance with security protocols.

Communication & Call Handling

  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
  • Record and deliver messages promptly.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update executive and departmental calendars.

Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, correspondence, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and support overall office operations.

Mail, Courier & Logistics

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Manage outgoing courier dispatch and delivery communication.
  • Maintain manual parcel tracking logs.

HR & Office Coordination Support

  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Help maintain HR documentation and support small office events.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure washroom hygiene and window cleaning as per checklist.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Intermediate or Graduate (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Reception, Front Desk, or Administrative roles
  • Age: 22–35 years
