Key Responsibilities:

•Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

•Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.•Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations efficiently.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.•Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the reception area.

•Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.Provide basic administrative and clerical support as required.What We’re Looking for:Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk role.Gender: Female candidates only.Skills & Knowledge:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional appearance with a positive and courteous attitude.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).* Ability to multitask and handle work pressure effectively.* Customer-service-oriented mindset.
