Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and support basic sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
  • Support sales by promoting company products/services
  • Maintain call records and update customer information
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
