Job Overview

EMI Pakistan is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to efficiently handle daily reception and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor logs and courier records.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Ensure the reception area is organized, and presentable.
• Assist with other front desk and office administration duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
