Full job description

• keep track of assigned accounts and outstanding payments,
• identify and follow up on overdue accounts and debts.
• Contacts customers for payment reminders and negotiate settlements where required
• Maintain accurate records of calls Payments and account status in the system.
• coordinate with internal teams (Sales Finance and management for smooth recovery process.
• Ensure Timely resolution of outstanding balance and meet recovery targets.
• provide regular reports on collection status.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
