About the role

Target-driven recruitment role supporting a UK locum pharmacy staffing business. You'll be sourcing pharmacists, building relationships, advertising shifts, and confirming bookings daily. High outreach volume, clear KPIs, and a fast-moving operation.

Key responsibilities

Daily outbound outreach to pharmacists via LinkedIn and job boards

Encourage pharmacist registrations on the client website

Advertise available shifts and confirm bookings

Update CRM with all contacts and confirmed bookings

Cover all UK regions as directed

Daily KPIs

30 pharmacist contacts per day

8–10 website registrations encouraged daily

4–6 confirmed bookings per day

Monthly KPIs

120–150 bookings per month

200 new pharmacists added to database monthly

You'll need

High energy and confidence on the phone

Experience in recruitment, telesales, or candidate sourcing preferred

CRM proficiency

Professional communication — you're speaking to regulated healthcare professionals
