Waada Digital is looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and managing bulk hiring of talented sales agents for our domestic call center operations. This position requires someone with a solid understanding of the sales and call center environment, excellent networking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The role involves close collaboration with operations managers to meet staffing needs and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified call center sales agents to support the company’s expanding workforce.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top talent within the industry.
- Leverage social media platforms and digital recruitment tools to run targeted hiring campaigns.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate sales capabilities and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong networks within the call center and sales sectors to source high-quality candidates.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics using Excel and other relevant tools to improve recruitment processes.
- Prepare regular reports detailing recruitment progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with operations managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring aligned with sales objectives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and the overall hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically in call center or sales roles, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking recruitment performance and generating reports.
- Strong understanding of sales environments, agent performance metrics, and sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Resilience and adaptability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. Candidates with prior experience in bulk hiring within call center or sales environments will be given preference. The position requires physical presence to facilitate effective collaboration with team members and operations managers.
