The Regional Manager Sales – Cloud Computing Business will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of the company’s cloud portfolio in Karachi and its surrounding areas. This position requires managing the full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the cloud business, focusing on revenue generation and meeting profitability goals. The successful candidate will lead B2B sales across various cloud environments, including public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions. They will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, developing region-specific strategies aligned with national objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients spanning government, enterprise, SMEs, and startups. Additionally, the role demands ensuring operational excellence and continuously evolving service offerings to stay ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L for the cloud computing business within the region, ensuring all financial targets such as Revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are achieved.
- Lead B2B sales initiatives for cloud products and services, covering public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions.
- Build, develop, and lead a results-driven regional sales team focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Develop and implement the cloud computing business strategy tailored to the region, aligned with the company’s broader goals.
- Take full ownership of the regional Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for cloud computing services.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients, including government agencies, large enterprises, SMEs, and startups.
- Continuously innovate and adapt cloud service offerings to meet evolving market demands and regional dynamics.
- Ensure operational excellence in cloud service delivery with a strong focus on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud computing sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in driving cloud sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud platforms and architectures.
- Strong understanding of regional market trends and cloud adoption patterns among local and global enterprises as well as public sector organizations.
- Excellent client engagement skills with a proven ability in solution selling and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Telecommunications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
