Job Description

The Regional Manager South at Jazz is a critical leadership role responsible for expanding the company’s digital product offerings within the enterprise segment across the South region. Reporting to the Regional Head South, this position focuses on driving adoption of both traditional and innovative digital solutions, maintaining portfolio stability, and achieving revenue targets. The role demands active involvement in business development and client engagement, alongside supporting strategic growth initiatives. The Regional Manager will lead and mentor a team of consultants delivering solutions in Cloud, GSM, Fixed connectivity, Quantica, M2M, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned revenue targets within the enterprise digital portfolio, consistently contributing to regional growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen Jazz’s presence in digital and enterprise solutions. Assist the Regional Head in executing growth strategies and key initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Jazz Business Consultants to ensure high performance and delivery excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-sales, Marketing, and Product Development to tailor offerings for enterprise clients. Stay updated on digital technologies and market trends, converting insights into actionable sales opportunities. Promote Jazz’s digital solutions such as Garaj Cloud, Quantica, CPaaS, and IoT to position Jazz as a trusted digital partner. Oversee service delivery in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Provide market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and sharing insights with the Regional Head to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within digital solutions or technology products. Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue targets and managing client relationships in competitive markets. Demonstrated experience in leading teams and successfully achieving business development objectives.

Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including Cloud, AdTech, IoT, and Precision Marketing. Excellent client engagement and solution-selling capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while independently driving results. Superior communication and negotiation skills. Commercial acumen with the ability to translate client needs into business opportunities.
