Position Title: Regional Vice President (RVP)
Job Summary:
The Regional Vice President is responsible for the company's overall business operations, strategic execution, and growth within a specific geographic region. Reporting directly to senior management (e.g., President or Global Vice President), this position manages multiple branches or business units within the region and ensures the achievement of company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develops annual and mid- to long-term regional business strategies and ensures alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Analyzes market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and proposes regional business development plans.
Business Management and Growth
Oversees the performance of the regional sales, marketing, operations, and account management teams.
Improve regional business revenue, profit margins, and market share.
Reviews major contracts, business opportunities, and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership and Development
Recruits, trains, and motivates the regional management team, fostering high-performance execution and accountability.
Guides the team in setting performance metrics, conducting performance evaluations, and developing development plans.
Customer Relationship and Partner Management
Builds and maintains key customer relationships, driving strategic partnerships and business expansion.
Handle major customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Financial and Operational Oversight
Control regional budgets and costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure business processes and operations comply with company policies and local laws and regulations.
Reporting and Communication
Report regional business progress, risks, and opportunities to headquarters.
Participate in global or national management meetings and provide strategic decision-making advice.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 15+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of regional/branch management experience.

Experience in financial management and budget control.
