Relationship Manager

Bank Alfalah is one of the largest private banks in Pakistan with a network of over 1,100 branches in more than 200 cities across the country. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Karachi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting financial analysis, cross-selling banking products, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services. The role also involves developing strategies to expand the client base and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial analysis, banking products, and services
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
