Position: Remote Provider Support

Job Location: Karachi (On-site)
Work Schedule: Full-time | 7:00pm – 4:00am PKT

Key Responsibilities:

RPS should see all patients of the associated provider - Patient list
RPS should also be connected with providers nurse - Phone/AtlasGo
RPS will Help TCR/QCR with Documentation completion
RPS needs phone connectivity with TCR/QCR/Support
RPS will make providers schedule and follow-up just like a ROC does in the core program
RPS will manage inventory, Right grafts in providers custody and making sure the provider applies them in atlas
RPS will be the POC for IT issues as well and capability of opening up a support ticket on behalf of the provider
RPS will remind the provider for the consent form of each patient
RPS will check whether patient is short/long term before each visit, if short term, the patient MUST not be grafted, liability is on RPS
RPS will take notes of these meetings and update patient summary (Whats holding adv treatment)
