Swift Recruitment Agency is building a dedicated remote team in Pakistan. We are looking for fluent English-speaking Sales Development Representatives to be the first point of contact for our UK clients, generating leads and booking meetings for our expert recruitment consultants.

About the Role
As a Remote SDR, you will be the engine of our growth. You will proactively reach out to CTOs, HR Managers, and Tech Leads at UK-based companies to introduce our specialized IT recruitment services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential client companies in the UK tech sector using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Outreach: Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls with a professional and consultative approach.
- Qualification: Engage decision-makers to understand their hiring challenges and qualify them as potential leads.
- Booking Meetings: Schedule high-quality discovery calls and meetings for our senior UK-based consultants.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all activities and lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to build rapport and hold confident conversations with UK business professionals.
- Proven Sales Skills: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or telemarketing role. Experience with B2B sales is a significant advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: A strong interest in technology (AI, Software Development, IT). You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be curious and able to learn the basics.
- Resilience & Drive: A positive, results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and the motivation to exceed targets.
- Professional Home Office: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Desirable Skills (Bonus Points!):
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Previous experience working with international clients, especially in the UK or US markets.
