We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our Food Panel & Sales Track solutions by delivering data-driven insights that help our clients make informed strategic decisions.
Job Summary:
The Research Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from our Food Panel & Sales Track systems, conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, and providing tailored recommendations to our clients. This role is ideally suited for professionals with experience in market research at agencies, with client-side experience being a plus. A strong command of AI-driven analytics and data visualization tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze data from the Food Panel & Sales Track platforms to generate actionable insights.
Market Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and overall business performance.
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized recommendations.
Analytics: Utilize AI-driven analytics tools to enhance data interpretation and forecasting.
Reporting: Present findings in a clear and structured manner to senior stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality reporting standards.
Growth Support: Contribute to business growth through strategic analysis, trend forecasting, and proactive client engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years in market research, insights, or data analytics, preferably with agencies like Nielsen, IPSOS, or Kantar.
Technical Skills:
Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities, including survey design and consumer analysis.
Proficiency in AI-driven analytics and automation tools.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, SPSS, and predictive forecasting software (e.g., Random Forest).
Expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
Strong skills in managing and influencing key stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with the foodservice, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Compensation:
