We are looking for a committed professional to oversee the activities of the Life Support Systems (LSS) department, ensuring efficient operations and the delivery of top-quality services. This role requires providing expert demonstrations of ventilators and other life support equipment to healthcare professionals and patients, conducting training sessions, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to promote respiratory therapy products. The successful candidate will engage directly with healthcare providers through field visits, stay updated on the latest respiratory therapy advancements, and maintain thorough records of all demonstrations and training activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations within the LSS department to guarantee smooth workflows and high service standards.
- Deliver expert demonstrations of life support equipment, with a focus on ventilators, to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Conduct detailed in-house and end-user training sessions on the proper use and management of life support devices.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to support the promotion of respiratory therapy products and services.
- Engage in fieldwork by visiting healthcare providers to showcase the benefits and functionalities of respiratory therapy solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and innovations in respiratory therapy and life support equipment.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all demonstrations, training sessions, and participant feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare discipline.
- Demonstrated clinical experience with a strong emphasis on ventilator management.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of educating a diverse audience including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to conduct field demonstrations and training.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
