The Role:
The Café Manager will play a key role in launching and leading a new café. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staff management, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining consistent quality, and achieving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a positive, motivated, and cooperative team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate or equivalent Up to 10 years of experience in the restaurant, café, or hospitality industry, Proven leadership and decision-making skills, Strong communication skills, well-spoken, and professional
