About the Role: We are looking for four (4) highly skilled Revit Technologists to join our technical design team. If you are passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and thrive on precision, coordination, and technical excellence, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into accurate, construction-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities: As a Revit Technologist, you will be the bridge between design and reality. Your core tasks will include:

3D Modeling & BIM: Develop detailed 3D Building Information Models using Revit, ensuring high fidelity to design intent.

Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery.

Coordination: Create and manage architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines.

Quality Assurance: Perform clash detection to resolve design conflicts early and ensure model accuracy.

Standardization: Implement and maintain Revit standards, templates, and families to ensure workflow efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to assist in quantity take-offs, material schedules, and design integration.

Who You Are:

You have 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

You possess advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

You have a strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems (MEP/Structural).

You are detail-oriented and capable of managing updates based on design changes and markups efficiently.
