We are looking for a Ride-Hailing Area Specialist to manage and optimize operations within a designated region in Pakistan. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the rider and driver-partner experience, driving growth, and ensuring high-quality service within your area. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to develop region-specific strategies, troubleshoot operational challenges, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders. A deep understanding of local geography, culture, and transportation trends will be essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Ride Hailing KPIs from both sides of the marketplace be it national or city level including competition monitoring
• Be a source of local expertise for product and business teams and review materials prepared by marketing team.
• Competent & effective communication with stakeholders from various departments.
• Project leadership of key Ride Hailing cross functional projects like new Tariff launches, new schemes, bonuses, partnerships etc.
• Partner with critical functional areas like Product, Marketing, BD, Ops etc needed to drive business objective.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or operations.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, cross functional project management and data driven decision making.
• Good knowledge of analytical tools including Tableau, Google services, SQL and other BI
• Ability to work independently and can thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
• Ability to make clear, crisp and impactful presentations
• Knowledge of Key metrics in Ride Hailing Business.
