INTERSCAN is looking for a reliable and proactive Office Bike Rider to support our office operations in Karachi. This role involves a mix of clerical and administrative duties, including managing communications, greeting clients and visitors, handling files, updating paperwork, and running various office errands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic Microsoft Excel skills to assist with office tasks.
- Collect cheques from vendors and deposit them at the bank promptly.
- Deliver documents and packages to different locations as needed.
- Arrange and send documents through courier services such as TCS and Pakistan Post Office.
- Support the IT department by transporting IT equipment for pick-up and drop-off.
- Manage internal errands including photocopying, binding, and liaising with external shops.
- Welcome clients and visitors, managing communications in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update office files and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable transportation within Karachi or willingness to relocate before starting the position.
- Ability to handle multiple clerical tasks and errands efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience with office documentation and courier services is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. Candidates must have dependable commuting options or be prepared to relocate prior to joining.
