Rider

HR Construction is seeking a reliable and responsible Rider to join its Head Office team in Hyderabad. The Rider will play a crucial role in supporting office operations by handling various outdoor tasks such as delivering and collecting official documents, managing payments, and providing purchasing support. The ideal candidate will possess keen knowledge of Hyderabad city routes, have a valid motorcycle driving license, and demonstrate punctuality, honesty, and physical stamina necessary to perform the job efficiently. This role demands consistent coordination with various departments, suppliers, and sites to ensure smooth and timely completion of assigned tasks. This position requires a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience, capable of navigating different locations effectively while ensuring the safety and security of company documents, cash, and other materials during transit. The Rider must be proficient in using basic mobile functions and WhatsApp for communication and coordination. Though this role does not involve managing a team, strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of documents and items handled are essential for fulfilling job responsibilities with precision and accountability.
Responsibilities
 

• Deliver and collect official documents between the Head Office, suppliers, government offices, banks, and other designated locations.
• Visit banks for cheque and payment collections, ensuring secure handling and timely delivery to the office.
• Support small-scale purchasing and urgent errands as needed by the office staff.
• Coordinate effectively with staff members to align outdoor assignments with office schedules and priorities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all documents, bills, payments, and items received or delivered throughout the day.
• Ensure the safety and security of company property including cash, cheques, documents, and other valuables during transportation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Hyderabad city routes to optimize travel time and meet delivery schedules.
• Use basic mobile and messaging applications for timely communication and coordination.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding punctuality, honesty, responsibility, and professionalism while performing duties.
