Infinity Connect is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This role involves actively engaging with customers and managing relationships to drive business growth. With shift timings from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, this position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh and experienced individuals to leverage their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will manage a team of 15 persons, ensuring goal alignment and productivity within the Sales and Marketing operations. This position demands a confident individual who can communicate effectively in English and utilize their basic computer knowledge to handle customer interactions efficiently. Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using effective Customer Relationship Management techniques.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15 members to achieve sales targets and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the team to implement strategies that increase customer engagement and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales activities and performance, analyze outcomes, and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs that inform product and service enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and marketing pitches to potential and existing clients.
  • Train team members on customer service best practices and sales techniques to enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity using computer applications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and new marketing tools.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies during all customer and team interactions.
  • Promote a positive and productive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure team coverage during the designated working hours from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales and marketing activities and implement changes.
