Shanzil Properties is a fast-growing real estate firm located in Karachi. We provide a professional and supportive environment where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. We are currently hiring a driven and confident Sales and Marketing Executive to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective clients daily and align site visits.
• Promote and market residential and commercial real estate projects
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain records of sales activity and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms is a plus
• Prior sales or call center experience is a plus but not required.

Working Hours:
Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a holiday on Monday.
