Job Title: Sales & Technical Engineer (CIVIL)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as a representative of the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (0–1 year).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, if required.
