About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is expanding its international sales division and is looking for energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented professionals to join our team in Karachi. As an International Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with global clients, contributing directly to the company’s growth and market reach.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, confident communicators, and eager to develop a long-term career in international business.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Connect with international businesses to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand market presence and client portfolio.
• Sales Negotiation: Conduct discussions with potential clients, present value propositions, and close profitable deals.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain enduring partnerships with existing and prospective clients.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue goals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication (both spoken and written) for global client interaction.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, self-directed, and confident when handling international clients.
• Skills: Persuasive negotiation abilities and strong interpersonal communication.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or B2B engagement is preferred. Fresh graduates with the right drive and confidence are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Work Details

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month (depending on experience and capability)
• Commissions: Unlimited performance-based earning potential with transparent incentive structures
• Location: On-site, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Shift Options:
• Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
