Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Karachi. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and managing the entire sales process to enhance customer satisfaction. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process. Additionally, the role involves consulting with clients to offer effective solutions that align with their needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to address client needs effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a high level of client support
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse clients and team members
• Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the finance or insurance industry is a plus
