Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in education sales—preferably in study abroad consultancy or UK qualification programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proven record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell UK qualification programs and study abroad services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Provide professional consultation to students and clients regarding course options and study pathways.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Projected Total Compensation: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
