Sales Development

About the Role

We need someone who can find new clients and close them. You'll prospect across multiple channels including freelance platforms, cold email, LinkedIn, and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new client opportunities across Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email, and referral sources
• Write personalized outreach messages and proposals for each prospect
• Qualify leads against our service offerings: bookkeeping, tax prep, CFO advisory, payroll
• Research each prospect before you reach out
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed client
• Follow up on every lead until you get a clear yes or no
• Track your activity and results in our CRM
• Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and closed deals

Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with at least two outreach channels (platform bidding, cold email, LinkedIn outreach)
• Working knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping services, or the ability to learn the terminology fast
• A track record you can point to: deals closed, response rates, revenue generated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling professional or financial services
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field(business, marketing etc)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
