CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) / SALES DIRECTOR

Ontech Corporation, a growing organization in the healthcare and medical technology sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Sales Director to join its senior leadership team.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior management, business operations, sales leadership, or operations management.
Proven track record in managing business operations, sales performance, and driving organizational growth.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and team management skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and achieving business targets.
Strong understanding of sales, revenue growth, budgeting, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage overall company operations and ensure effective performance of all departments.
Work closely with the CEO to translate business strategy and vision into actionable plans.
Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, revenues, and operational costs.
Lead and manage senior management, sales, and departmental teams.
Develop and implement SOPs, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Build a high-performance culture and ensure accountability across the organization.
Maintain effective relationships with the CEO, board members, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
