This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at HRI Private Limited, located in Karachi.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships for both executive recruitments as well as 3rd party hiring. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence.

Role Description for Sales Executive

The candidate will be responsible for:

* Identifying new business opportunities

* Implementing solid sales strategies to sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers

* Proven track record in generating and closing sales leads (including cold calling) and achieving targets

* Creating brand presence of our digital platforms

* Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

* Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

* Scheduling meetings with clients/prospective clients

* Posting regular content on Social media especially Linkedin

* Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.

Qualifications: Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Human Resource sector.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach.

Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to non-technical customers.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
