We are seeking a proactive and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will help expand our business network by identifying new corporate clients, nurturing leads, and managing existing business accounts. Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through research, calls, and networking.
Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with business clients and partners.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Participate in negotiations and support the closing of deals.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Support post-sale account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months โ 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development (fresh graduates may also apply).
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate communication etiquette is a plus.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
