Shiwantek is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and at least one year of relevant experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate plays a vital role in expanding our customer base by identifying and targeting potential clients through thorough market and competitor analysis. This position requires consistent dedication to conducting daily outreach activities, such as cold calling prospective clients and presenting the unique benefits of our products and services. Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and target potential clients using diverse research methods, including market and competitor analysis to discover new business opportunities.
  • Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients with clear and persuasive communication that effectively conveys the value of our products or services.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients to nurture leads through all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations tailored to highlight the key benefits and features of Shiwanteks offerings.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by leveraging strategic sales techniques.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and prospects to improve product offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay well-informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to proactively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and targeted marketing materials.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales activities and communications, providing regular performance reports to management.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
